WHEN YOU COME TO THE COMPETITION

✅ EVENT ENTRY GUIDE – IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VISITORS

🎟 IF YOU HAVE A & D SECTOR TICKET

  1. On arrival, find your desired parking spot – either paid or free on the street. we always suggest to use public transport.
    Please follow traffic and parking signs.
    A large parking area is located directly at the main entrance.

  2. Go to the Main Entrance Gate.
    Follow the signs and study the venue map.

  3. Show your purchased ticket at the entrance.
    Staff will scan your ticket and give you an entry wristband.

  4. REMINDER: The wristband is valid for all event days.
    DO NOT REMOVE IT.

  5. Before arriving, please familiarize yourself with the event rules –
    what you can and cannot bring inside, to avoid misunderstandings at the entrance.

  6. After inspection, go to your purchased sector.
    You may also visit the activity area.
    Seats in the stands are NOT numbered.

  7. If you leave the event, you may return at any time.
    The wristband works as both entry and exit all day.
    With a valid wristband, you may also use other entrances.

🎫 IF YOU HAVE PT SECTOR – PADDOCK TICKET

  1. On arrival, find your desired parking spot – either paid or free on the street.
    A large parking area is located near the main entrance. We suggest to use public transport.

  2. You may use either the Main Gate Entrance or the Paddock Entrance.
    Follow the signs and study the venue map.

  3. Show your purchased ticket at the entrance.
    Staff will scan your ticket and give you an entry wristband.

  4. REMINDER: The wristband is valid for all event days.
    DO NOT REMOVE IT.

  5. Before arriving, please review all event rules,
    including what items are allowed and prohibited.

  6. After inspection, go to your purchased PT sector.
    You may also visit the activity areas on the grandstand side.
    PT tickets do NOT include access to A & D / VIP grandstands.

  7. If you leave the event, you may return at any time using your wristband.
    With a valid wristband, both Main Entrance and Paddock Entrance may be used.

⭐ IF YOU HAVE VIP SECTOR TICKET

  1. On arrival, use the VIP parking area or follow parking signs near the VIP entrance.

  2. Proceed directly to the VIP Entrance Gate.

  3. Show your VIP ticket or invitation at the VIP entrance.
    Staff will scan your ticket and provide your VIP wristband and VIP badge.

  4. REMINDER: The wristband is valid for all event days.
    DO NOT REMOVE IT.

  5. Before arriving, please review the event rules and entry regulations.

  6. After inspection, proceed to the VIP Sector and enjoy all VIP services and catering areas.

  7. If you leave the event, you may return at any time using your VIP wristband.
